Broadridge Receives 2010 Gallup® Great

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) today
announced it has been awarded the prestigious “Gallup Great Workplace Award.”
The Award, a first for Broadridge, recognizes companies with the most engaged and productive workforces in the
world, based on the most rigorous workplace research ever conducted. Broadridge is one of only 25 companies
worldwide to receive the prestigious honor this year.
