I’m 46 years old and I held a university diploma in Psychology. I work in the field of IT quality since
1991, at first in the academic context at several universities, and since 1999 at the TUV Rheinland
Group in several positions.
At the TUV Rheinland Group we have developed several process assessment models
(PAM) acc. To ISO/IEC 15504-2.
- PAM for IT service management based on ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000-1;
I have performed more than 35 assessments based on this PAM;
- PAM for IT security management based on ISO/IEC 27001-1.
Furthermore I was part of the development team within the DATECH which has
developed a maturity model based on ISO 13407-1999 “Human-centred design process for interactive
systems” which provides a basis for certification in Germany.
I’m a member of the following standardization committees:
- DIN NIA-01-07 “Software und System-Engineering” the German mirror of ISO/IEC
JTC 1/SC 7 “Software and System-Engineering”;
- DIN NA 23-00-04-05 GAK NAErg/NIA “Benutzungsschnittstellen” the German mirror of ISO/TC
159/SC 4/WG 5 “Ergonomics of human-system interaction” and ISO/TC 159/SC 4/WG 4 “Human-
centred design processes for interactive systems”.
I’m familiar with some of the standards of the above mentioned Technical Committees of ISO
