Battery Ventures Promotes Three to Partner
Jesse Feldman, Brian O’Malley and Satya Patel Appointed Partner

WALTHAM, Mass. & MENLO PARK, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Battery Ventures, a multi-stage
investment firm focused on technology and innovation worldwide, today announced three promotions to Partner.
Jesse Feldman, Brian O’Malley and Satya Patel have all been promoted from Principal to Partner. Feldman is based
in Battery’s Waltham, MA office, and O’Malley and Patel are based in the firm’s Menlo Park, CA office.

Jesse joined Battery’s Waltham office in 2005 and focuses on growth equity, buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-
privates in the software and industrial technologies markets. He is currently on the boards of HighJump Software and
