In connection with your simcha, please describe any religious service (including a post-meal mincha, etc.) that
you plan to conduct at Rinat or any proposed use of our Sifrei Torah. Please be aware that your rental of the
space does not entitle you to hold religious services or use of our Sifrei Torah – the conducting of ANY
religious service on premises must be approved in advance by Rinat. This contract will be terminated if you
fail to obtain approval of a religious service or use of our Sifrei Torah in advance.
To request the use of shul facilities, please complete this application and return it, along with the
appropriate deposit (see below) to Rinat Yisrael, 389 West Englewood Avenue, Teaneck, NJ 07666.
The rental fee balance must be paid at least 30 days before the event. If the rental request is within 30
days, full payment is expected with this application. Only caterers approved by the shul may be used for
an event. Renter is expected to comply fully with the enclosed Rules and Regulation. Should you have
