Information technology company’s expansion will generate 125 new high wage jobs and $5.25
million in capital investment by 2019
Tampa, Fla. – July 14, 2015 – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced that Accusoft, a global provider
of document, content and imaging solutions, will expand its headquarters in Tampa and create 125 new
jobs by 2019. The new jobs will fill a variety of roles in the organization, including software development
and engineering, and pay an average annual wage of $75,000.
Governor Scott said, “Companies like Accusoft know Florida’s pro-business climate is the best place to
grow and create jobs, and we are excited to announce 125 new jobs for Tampa families today. More
than 879,700 private-sector jobs have been created in our state since December 2010, and we will keep
working every day to create an environment that encourages business growth so Florida can become
the global destination for jobs.â€
Headquartered at 4001 N. Riverside Drive in Tampa, Accusoft currently employs 131 people in Florida
and also has an office in the Northeast. The company is planning to expand its existing space by up to
25,000 square feet and invest $5,250,000 in the project.
