$150.00 per person for Golf and Dinner
$50.00 per adult and $25.00 per child for Dinner
This is a school fundraiser and all families are invited to participate!
Registration Forms were mailed to each school family five weeks ago.
We need 52 golfers and people who want to join us for dinner.
If you know someone who would be interested in joining us that day, please pass on the information
and the registration form.
We hope that many of our school families will want to participate in the Golf Tournament as well as
the Dinner. Please return the registration form as soon as possible if you wish to participate in the
Golf Tournament or join us for the Hall of Fame Dinner!
Cathedral Chapel Hall of Fame
This year at the dinner the parish and school will induct the following people into
the Cathedral Chapel Hall of Fame to recognize their extraordinary service to the
parish, the school and the local community.

50/50 Opportunity Drawing at the Hall of Fame Dinner
Additional Raffle Tickets are available in the school office
In your last Family Envelope you received raffle tickets to participate in our 50/50 Opportunity
Drawing which will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Tickets are $5.00 each or 5 tickets
for $20.00. The person who has the winning ticket will receive 50% of the money that is collected for
the raffle. The school will receive the other 50% for the science lab. If you cannot join us for the
Golf Tournament and/or the Hall of Fame Dinner, you can still participate in this fundraising event
by purchasing and/or selli
