Board members asked for a few questions about both the financials and the customer service reports. No
actions were taken in regard to these questions.
Camera and Video System
Andy reported that the camera system was up and running. All cameras were recording. A discussion ensued as
whether we needed an additional camera. No decision regarding the purchase of a new camera was made.
Decision Regarding the Camera
Although the current cameras are recording and ready for use, the board directed Tabitha to get a quote
for an additional questions should one be needed after the system was put into use. The board directed
her not to use the same technician or company Alliance had used in the past because the work had been
substandard and had required additional cost to repair. Andy will also contact the camera technician he
has been working with to get the camera system working. Depending on the price and further
evaluation of the security system once the gate is open, the board will determine if an additional camera
All of the gates are now functioning, however, the technician has stated the transformer on the back gate needs
to be replaced as it not working well. The technician also feels that the frame on the back gate is beginning to
shift due to the weight of the gate. He recommends that additional bracing be added.
