This High-Level Implementation Plan (HLIP II)
will guide the use of WHO's Pandemic Influenza
Contribution (PC) Preparedness Funds from 2018
to 2023. The plan was developed with input
from the PIP Advisory Group, Global Influenza
Surveillance and Response System (GISRS),
industry, and civil society organizations.
