The Every 15 Minutes Procedural Manual was developed by
the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control,
through a contract with the Publications Division of the
California Department of Education.
The Every 15 Minutes Procedural Manual was published
through a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety. It
may be reproduced in part or in its entirety when proper credit
is given in accordance with accepted publishing standards.
In October 2000, the California Office of Traffic Safety
awarded the grant to the California Highway Patrol. The
Every 15 Minutes Procedural Manual was revised to reflect
the change in responsibility.
