Water Heating initiative, funded by the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency
Partnership (REEEP) with co-funding from the Blue Moon Fund and Oak Foundation.

and commercial innovations to expand solar water heating. The initiative is implemented

Institute of São Paulo, Brazil.
William Guiney is this documents lead author. William wrote the material on the fee-
for-service business opportunity and program options and coordinated input from the
others authors. John Harrison of the Florida Solar Energy Center prepared much of the
content on the technical issues of solar water heating program implementation. Steven
Kaufman and Samuel Milton of Green Markets prepared the material on carbon
abatement and the role for carbon finance.
