A 3-day course on people management for Professional Engineers.
WHO WILL BENEFIT
The course is designed to help all Professional Engineers with management
responsibilities for other staff as section leaders, supervisors, managers, engineers-in-
charge, etc. The course should be taken once responsibility has been gained either from
assumed responsibility or after appointment to a management position. Professional
Engineers will benefit from the opportunity to stand back and consider the basic issues of
good people management, how these inter-relate, and how they apply to themselves.
