EPIR Technologies, Inc. Responds to Sunovia
Claims Regarding Contract Dispute

BOLINGBROOK, Ill.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--EPIR Technologies, Inc. (“EPIR”), a company focused
on developing next-generation infra-red sensor, biosensor and solar photovoltaic energy products, today issued a
statement responding to claims made by Sunovia Energy Technologies, Inc. (“Sunovia”) in a press release this
morning.
“In its press release, Sunovia made a series of false allegations regarding EPIR and its performance under an
agreement with Sunovia,” said Dr. Siva Sivananthan, Chief Executive Officer of EPIR. Dr. Sivananthan added, “We
will vigorously defend ourselves in connection with Sunovia’s allegations and are confident that we will prevail should
Sunovia pursue any of the legal avenues intimated in its press release.”
EPIR reiterated that Sunovia’s claims are entirely without merit and explained that it is considering all potential
options with respect to Sunovia and its conduct.
