CW Capital was put in a position to take back a property from a owner which
was failing to meet its obligations. The facility was in disrepair and of need of
a management change, leasing change, reporting system for maintenance,
staff, and accounts receivable.
NAI assisted CW Capital in the reporting and Opinion of Value to take back
the facility. NAI Michael from Chicago was named a receiver in the facility
and NAI Keystone assisted both CW Capital and NAI M. in the repositioning
of the facility, releasing vacant suites, expanding tenants, hiring staff mem-
bers for the building, maintenance, negotiating past due balances, restructur-
ing contracts with vendors, collecting rents and reporting to CWC regarding
accounts receivable, rent collection, and marketing activities.
