WASHINGTON--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Carr Workplaces, a national provider of alternative workplace
solutions, will open its newest business center in the MGM Tower at 10250 Constellation Blvd. in Century City,
Calif. in early October. The business center will operate on the 23rd floor and will be Carr’s 25th location in the
U.S. The center will cater to independent professionals, entrepreneurs, and rapidly evolving growth enterprises that
require an outstanding image and a fully integrated, technology-enabled work environment.
MGM Tower holds a LEED Silver Certification and employs an energy conservation/greening program. The
contemporary designed building is a generation younger than most buildings in Century City and the surrounding
area. It won a “TOBY” award for building management excellence in 2009 from Building Owners and Managers
and Association International.
The Carr Workplaces business center will include individual private offices and two conference rooms equipped with
state of the art audio and web equipment, along with Carr’s signature Community Café space for dining,
collaborating, and recharging. In addition, the center will offer short and flexible contract terms, and touchdown
space for clients of Carr Workplaces’ popular virtual office programs, providing occasional office space for road
warriors and home-based workers. The center allows clients immediate occupancy with no start-up capital, in
addition to a 24/7 managed IT infrastructure, state of the art telephony, and full meeting support.
