A confirmed booking will be made upon the receipt of the following:
Copy of a minimum $1,000,000/$2,000,000 liability insurance policy.
Completed Agreement
Check payable to City of Omaha for the full amount of the rental and $200.00 for
damage deposit
Copy of street closing permit, if applicable
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
City of Omaha Show Mobile Unit can only be rented out in the Metro Omaha Area and
all confirmed bookings must be completed at least two weeks prior to rental event.
Site Selection – Unit must be placed on a flat surface. If site is on grass, please indicate a
secondary site in case of rain or wet condition
Area should be clear of low hanging branches and wires to allow for a pull-in pull-out
entry/exit. (The stage opens on the drivers-side)
Placement of the unit is as specified in the rental contract. Any changes in placement
must be made with the driver at the time of the original placement and must meet the
criteria for placement.
The mobile stage is not equipped with sound equipment. Any high tech equipment
must have its own power source.
NO signs or posters may be TAPED to the mobile stage unit. Signage may be hung and
must be pre-approved by a Recreation Division representative.
Food and drink (with the exception of water) is not allowed on stage.
Skirting will not be provided at alcohol related events or if rain is eminent.
Equipment should be lifted to and from stage. Dragging equipment results in
damaging stage surface.
Unrestricted access to the public is prohibited. It is the responsibility of the renting
party to restrict access to the stage by the general public during performance/use.
The mobile stage will be delivered and set up on the day and subsequent days of its use
