PDL Assistance Contract Guide
1. Initiate account set up and develop customized program.
Upon enrollment into the
program we will immediately go to work setting up your account and planning the best
strategy for your settlement program.
2. Initiate and assist maintenance of savings account.
We will open a reserve account in
your name with Global Client Solutions where your funds will accumulate. The funds are
held at Rocky Mountain Bank and Trust.
3. Welcome package.
Upon enrollment into the program a welcome package will be
emailed (we can mail U.S.P.S. Upon request) to you. This contains important information
and forms, the most important of which is the Limited Power of Authorization which
allows us to deal with the payday lenders on your behalf.
4. Trigger settlement proposal.
When enough funds have accumulated in your account, we
will automatically begin settlement negotiations.
5. Client Service assistance.
You may contact client services Monday through Friday, 8:30
am to 5:00 pm CST by calling 1-800-957-8319 and select option 2, or you may send an
email to support@pdlassistance.com . Emails are typically answered within 24 hours.
6. Data integrity and security.
All information is stored on SSL Certified servers with 256
bit encryption. In other words, your information is safer on our computers than it is on
your own.
7. Client information disclosure.
This just states that the information you have given me
regarding your payday loans is correct to best of your ability.
8. Limitation of services.
While will do everything in our power to assist you, we cannot
do certain things such as represent you in a court of law or give tax advice.
9. Other provisions.
We must inform you at least 30 days in advance of any changes to this
agreement.
10. Non-sufficient funds.
If funds are not available at the time of withdrawl you may be
charged a $25 NSF fee.
