Condominium Rental Management Agreement
The AGREEMENT is made as of the DATE, 2008 by and between Custom Suites
LLC, herein known as “Manager”, and OWNER NAME, herein known as
“Owner”, the Owner of PROPERTY ADDRESS, herein known as “Property”. The
Property Telephone Number is TELEPHONE NUMBER. These parties agree as
follows:
1. APPOINTMENT OF MANAGER:
a. OWNER APPOINTMENT: Owner hereby appoints and grants Manager
the exclusive right to rent, operate and manage Property
for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on the above
date and continuing on a month to month basis thereafter
unless either party provides 30 days written notice of
intent to terminate this agreement. However, Owner must
honor all future reservations booked by Manager prior to
the termination date. This Agreement is subject to thirty
(30) days written notice of intent to terminate this
Agreement by either party.
b. MANAGER ACCEPTANCE: Manager accepts the appointment and
grant, and agrees to use due diligence in the performance
of the Agreement and furnish the services of its company
for the rental, operating, and management of the Property.
2. AUTHORITY AND POWERS: Owner grants Manager the authority and
power, at Owner’s expense, to:
a. RENT: Initiate, sign, renew, or cancel Rental Agreements
for the Property, or any part of it; collect and give
receipts for rents, other charges, and security deposits.
b. RENTAL RATES: Owner grants Manager the authority to
establish the rental rates for said Property.
c. AMENITY PACKAGE: Owner grants Manager the authority to
provide an amenities package for each rental, which will
include, but not limited to, furniture, linens, bedding,
towels, kitchen supplies, TV(s), DVD player(s), telephone
(s), WIFI Internet access, cookware, pots, pans, dishes,
glassware…etc.) Sufficient for size of apartm
