Job Description: Conference Administrator, IN-MI Mennonite Conference
Function: The Conference Administrator develops and directs the organizational structure of
Accountable to: Conference Pastor (CP)
Work teams/role: Administrative Team member, Communication and Support Staff supervisor
Work with the Conference Pastor to develop strategy and carry out conference mission
in accordance with Missional Leadership Team (MLT) priorities,
Meet regularly with Conference Pastor and the Pastor for Leadership Transitions,
Facilitate the team’s understanding of how their roles connect with the conference
Supervise all communications and support staff,
Manage and coordinate the effective operation of the entire conference system
Oversee the fiscal and technology functions of conference
Oversee planning and implementation of Annual Sessions
Meet with the MLT as needed.
