The WFO would like to extend its

Ashland Casting Solutions was the
principle sponsor of the 2005 World
Foundry Technical Forum, held in
St. Louis, USA in April this year, and has further pledged a major donation to
both the WFO for the Technical Forum event in 2006 and also to the Institute of
Cast Metals Engineers, organisers of the World Foundry Congress 2006.

WFO announces major sponsorship deals
with leading industry suppliers
Ashland will be the principle sponsors of the Gala Banquet to be held at the
WFC 2006 in Harrogate in June 2006.
In addition CEO of Foseco plc, David Hussey presented a cheque for £5,000
to the General Secretary Andrew Turner as part of its sponsorship package
for the World Foundrymen Organization. This will not only provide financial
support to the Organisation to ensure continued services to its international
membership but also see the provision of technical expertise and research
papers for the web site. Foseco has also pledged agreed a sponsorship deal
with the ICME for the congress in Harrogate. For more information on the
