About Deborah Hicks, Owner
Deborah brings her passion for dogs together with proven training techniques that both you and your dog
will enjoy. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, and trained for over 500 hours
under the tutelage of Duff Lueder, Master Trainer, retired Police K-9 Dog Handler and author of books on
dog training. Deborah is certified in both Basic Obedience and Behavior Modification.
Her experience in dog training includes having trained over 200 dogs in obedience, behavior modification,
and problem solving. She has written articles on training tips for canines in various Gwinnett County
publications. Deborah is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.
Deborah’s sensitivity to your dog’s personality and temperament, coupled with effective training tools,
