NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED
COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Elgin have rescheduled the time of their regular Committee of the Whole
Meeting from 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
The purpose of this rescheduled meeting is to consider the matters set forth
in the attached agenda. It is anticipated that the presentation of proposals for the
former Gail Borden Library site will last until approximately 6:00 p.m.
