Private holding company acquires leading appliance parts distributor

that it has acquired C.E. Sundberg Company. Headquartered in Chicago, C.E. Sundberg Company is the oldest
and third-largest appliance repair parts distributor in the United States.
Founded in 1912, C.E. Sundberg Company has grown to be a leading distributor of replacement parts for
household appliances and HVAC, operating 19 locations across the Midwest, as well as serving customers online.
The distributor carries an extensive inventory of authorized parts and accessories for major appliance lines.
