As an em- ployee, you are such an asset to our team. You are reliable and willing to assist the team no matter how it affects your daily tasks; even if that means traveling to 3 dif- ferent parks in one day. You’ve displayed leadership and a greater sense of respect with any tasks given. Now that you’ve been moved back to Roy Haynes and assisting Egypt Lake, you’ve brought years of experi- ence to our team that has no doubt posi- tively impacted the staff, participants and their families. Each of us are grateful to have an employee like you on our team!! Again, thank you for all you do for us.†— Ashley D’Arpino  “Hello Roy, I agree with Ashley. You are a great asset to the team and I know with your continuous commitment to the team, professional growth and develop- ment you will accomplish great endeavors in our cluster and provide quality customer service to the citizens we serve in Hills- borough County. Customer Service Tip from Krispy Kreme Donuts Just Be Nice "One thing we always try is hiring nice people. When you surround yourself with people who have that mindset, you allow them to be themselves, and allow them to look beyond the textbook of what they need to do. The sad part is you don’t really need to exceed expectations anymore. You hear from people these days about this great service they got somewhere, and when you ask about it, what you find out is that they just did what they were supposed to do. Some- how, that’s become great service. It’s really a bad commentary on society that the new standard of good service is 'everything went the way it’s supposed to.' Instead, we should do what it takes to make extra time to be nice to people." - Krispy Kreme In this issue: Upcoming Events Kudos Corner Athletics Junction Therapeutics Customer Service Recreation Nook Happy Friday from Joe and Administration!!
