BURBANK, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--AMHN, Inc. (OTCBB:AMHN) (the "Company"),
announced today that it has made a number of changes in the Company's revenue and expense strategies. The
Company continues to be a place-based provider of direct-to-consumer digital video education for medical offices;
however, as disclosed in the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, $981,438 of the Company's debt
and payables were exchanged for the capital stock of its subsidiary, America's Minority Health Network, Inc. While
that subsidiary generated revenue of $28,934 during the quarter ended June 30, 2010, its expenses before
depreciation, amortization and interest were $111,425. Consequently, with the transfer of that subsidiary, the
Company no longer needs to seek funding to pay ongoing expenses and the capital expenditures necessary to deploy
that network. The Company continues to operate its remaining subsidiary, Spectrum Health Network, Inc.
Robert Cambridge, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Based on our July and August financials, we
have determined that we can operate Spectrum without having to raise additional funding. Spectrum was originally
founded as a capital intensive ad-supported digital video medical education network, but our new strategies will not
require capital expenditures."
Spectrum originally structured its network as ad-supported which allowed the hardware/software of the network to
be installed in physician offices at no charge. Recently, the Company began to offer its Spectrum Network on a pre-
paid subscription basis in addition to the ad-supported basis.
In order to begin generating immediate revenue at no risk, the Company implemented a media-buying branded
program to offer the "Spectrum Health Network Rx Discount Drug Card" ("Discount Drug Card"). Spectrum has
already distributed 16,200 free Discount Drug Cards
