Kilroy as Chief Financial Officer
– Former LPL Financial Planning and Analysis Executive Joins Growth-Focused Broker Dealer –

union industry, announced that Daniel J. Kilroy has joined the company as senior vice president and chief financial
officer. As CFO, Kilroy is responsible for financial planning and strategy driving improved earnings nationally. He
reports directly to CEO Valorie Seyfert.
Over the past several years, the company transitioned to a sophisticated financial management system with in-depth
budgeting and forecasting, analytical capabilities, multi-state reporting and a robust customer support process. Kilroy
will pay close attention to all aspects of the company’s financial details in order to continue the CFS record of
consistently healthy financial performance. Specifically, he will oversee the planning and budget process, cash
management and process implementation for accounting, finance, and commissions. The financial services company
is celebrating its eighth consecutive year of profitability.
