particular apartment. Ask the landlord for a copy of the lease.
Organize a meeting with your roommates after you have looked at all of your options and review each property and the
lease. Make sure that you understand ALL lease provisions, including payments, cleaning, how are repairs handled,
additional charges, etc. If you have questions, call the landlord or OCHO.
