Location: Main Office in Petaluma, CA. Jobsites located within 150 mile radius of Office.

ROLE
The successful candidate will become an integral member of the Midstate Construction
team supervising on-site building activities. Midstate’s market includes multi-family,
industrial, office, hospitality and retail new and renovation projects.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Site responsibility for on-time, on budget, quality construction
- Maintain a safe jobsite for Midstate and subcontractor employees
- Represent the company in job meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors and
inspectors
- Communicate with Midstate office and project manager regarding jobsite requirements
to maintain productivity and quality
- Maintain and achieve project schedule
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer five years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent
- Ability to communicate with office clients and architects
- Strong managerial skills
- Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver’s license
- Team player
- Willing to train the proper candidate
