CONTRACT FOR THE SALE AND PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION OF TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,

agree as follows:
AGREEMENT TO SALE AND PURCHASE:
Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to buy from Seller the

FINANCING: The following provisions apply with respect to financing:

NEW LOAN: This contract is contingent on Buyer obtaining financing. Within 3 days after the effective
date of this contract Buyer shall provide Seller and Flagship Title of Tampa LLP with acceptable proof of
funds according to the Proof of Funds Statement provided to the seller prior to contract acceptance.
EARNEST MONEY: Buyer shall deposit $1,000.00 as earnest money with Flagship Title of Tampa, LLP upon
execution of this contract by both parties.
