Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz - (unsweet) chocolate
1/4 cup - sugar
2 tbsp - instant coffee crystals
1/2 tsp - ground cinnamon
3/4 cup - water
2 cup - milk
whipped cream
Directions
tn a saucepan, mix chocolate,
sugar, coffee, cinnamon and
water. Heat until chocolate is
melted and mixture is smooth.
Simmer for about 4 minutes,
while stirring. Add milk and heat
through without boiling. Top if
off with a little whipped cream
for a yummy treat!

Favorite Chicken Casserole

Easy to make comfort food. Can vary by changing meat and/or veggie.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked Meat (chicken, turkey, ham)
2 cups defrosted frozen veggie (broccoli, asparagus, mixed veggies, etc)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 slice bread
2 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
Place meat and veggie in casserole dish. Then mix soup, curry powder, mayo, lemon
juice and cheese. Spread mix over meat and veggies. Break bread slice
