George Brown College Employee Purchase Plan

The George Brown College Employee Purchase Plan allows eligible College employees to receive loans for the purchase
of Apple or Dell Computers, peripherals and accessories through payroll deduction.
Eligibility
Full-time employees who have at least ONE FULL YEAR (12 consecutive months) of service at the College are eligible
for loans for computer purchases. Employees on a one-year, part-time, and contract appointment are NOT
eligible to participate.
• Any employee who purchases a computer must assure he/she meets the eligibility requirements, as outlined above.
Loan Details and Payment Plans
The financing limit is $5,000. The purchase price will include appropriate tax and other charges (i.e. shipping). Loans are
repaid through payroll deduction (total load amount including shipping charges and taxes divided by 52 consecutive pay
period. This is ONLY available for Dell Computer or Apple Computer systems (this also includes peripherals, software
and accessories at the time of system purchase).
Three EASY STEPS to Order your DELL SYSTEM:
1. Get a quotation from Dell by:
• Visit the Dell EPP website at www.dell.ca/epp (print system details of the computer you have chosen and attach it
with EPP Application) When purchasing please refer to our Dell EPP# 4117403

Then Contact Dell dedicated EPP Sales B.R.NAGENDRA PRASAD at 1-800-847-4096 ext-4161437. or
email: nagendra_br@dell.com– get the Quotation Number from Dell and write it on the Payroll Deduction
Authorization Form. IMPORTANT: Print the quotation summary that was emailed you and attach it with your
form.
3. Fill out and sign the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form
Fax or E-mail both the signed Payroll Deduction Authorization Form with Dell System summary with part
numbers to Michael Trillanes.
