AstroTurf/Athletic Field Rental Contract

A deposit of $200 is due at least one week prior to the rental date. The deposit will be
refunded in full with at least a 24 hour notice.
The deposit will be applied to rental fees at the end of the rental period.
If any damages or losses are incurred during the rental period or if late fees are applied,
these fees will be subtracted from the deposit.
All rental fees are due 24 hours prior to rental day.
Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours prior to usage time.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the rental time, the deposit will not be
No rental fees will be charged if closings and cancellations occur due to inclement
weather during the winter months.
Late fees will be assessed as follows:
5 minutes after contract end time- no fee
10 minutes after contract end time- $10.00, $5 each additional 5 minutes thereafter.
Facility and Field Rules:
1. All equipment used must be returned to its original location.
2. All trash and recyclables must be cleaned from the entire center. We have a recycling
bin located at the front lobby area for empty bottles and cans.
3. Floors must be kept clean and be left in the condition they were found.
4. Children may not use the bathroom facilities unattended, nor should they be in the lobby
area without adult supervision.
5. Any damage that arises from use of the facility will be the responsibility of the individual
or group renting.
