Transfer Advisement Sheet for the Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration
Effective Fall 2007 – Summer 2008
Applications for admission to USC’s Marshall School of Business can be submitted after completing at least three semesters
of college work and 30 transferable units as well as the courses listed below. Admission is competitive; students with an
overall GPA of 3.6 and grades of “B” or better in the courses required for admission will have an advantage in the admissions
review process. Students who wish to transfer to USC as a Business major must complete the required courses listed below.

* Completion of Cerritos College Math 170 (USC MATH-125 Calculus I) will waive the USC MATH-118 requirement.

Successful completion of two accounting courses (BUSA 101 and 102) allows registration in BUAD 305x. BUSA101 and
102 will transfer as elective credit. If you do not complete the two semesters of accounting prior to entering USC, you would
enroll in BUAD 250ab and take the two semesters of accounting at USC. Admission into the Leventhal School of
