California United Bank Adds New Senior Vice
President, Credit Administrator

ENCINO, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--California United Bank (OTCBB:CUNB) today announced
Jane L. Weblemoe will join the Bank as Senior Vice President, Credit Administrator.
Ms. Weblemoe will report to Anne Williams, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Credit
Officer.

Bank’s Chairman, President and CEO. “With 25 years of experience in commercial lending, her knowledge and
expertise will serve to strengthen our lending practices as we support our continued growth.”
The announcement bolsters the Bank’s recent series of strategic growth initiatives, including the previously
announced expansions into the Santa Monica and San Gabriel Valley markets. In 2009, the Bank added regional
managers to its Encino office and newly formed South Bay Commercial Center.
Ms. Weblemoe joins California United Bank from First Regional Bank in Westlake Village, where she was Vice
President from 2003 to 2010. During that time, she established a new regional office in Ventura County. From 1999
to 2003, she was Senior Vice President / Regional Manager at U.S. Bank in Santa Monica and then Camarillo. She
previously spent seven years at Pacific Century Bank and the former California United Bank, supervising the loan
origination process in two capacities. Ms. Weblemoe is a board member of Rebuilding Together Ventura County
and is a former board member of the Economic Development Collaborative in Ventura County, the National
Conference for Community and Justice in Santa Monica and the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce. She was
also a member of the advisory boards of the National Conference for community and Justice, Central Coast
Division, and Santa Monica College. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of
