“Carrier of the Year”

honored John Christner Trucking with its 2010 Carrier of the Year award.

l on-time pick-up and delivery percentages,
l ability to meet capacity commitments,
l total number of loads handled, and
l claims ratio.
In addition, ArrowStream staff and customers rated carriers on qualitative criteria for performance including:
l level of responsiveness,
l commitment to address service issues, and
l commitment to maintaining rates in a freight market that has endured major fluctuations over the past 12
