EATONTOWN, N.J.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--EMRISE CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a
multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic devices and communications equipment, today
announced that it has received an order for approximately $440,000 for network access products to be installed in a
transportation communication network in French-speaking North Africa. The order was received from a long

recent trend of increased orders in Europe and North Africa, our communications equipment backlog has reached
€1.3 million in local currency (approximately $1.6 million), and is now the highest in local currency that it has been
since 2002.
“We believe we are seeing the start of a meaningful increase in demand for communications products in Europe,
French-speaking North Africa and the U.S., and we expect to see that demand continue to increase in the second
half of this year,” Oliva said. “As this occurs, it is our belief that we are well positioned to capitalize on the increasing
demand with our validated and advanced technology line of communications products, which should positively
