Comcast Promotes William E. Dordelman to
Senior Vice President and Treasurer

PHILADELPHIA--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA, CMCSK), one
of the nation’s leading providers of entertainment, information and communication products and services, announced
today that it has promoted William E. Dordelman to Senior Vice President and Treasurer. In this capacity, Mr.
Dordelman oversees Comcast’s relationships with financial institutions, manages the Company's capital formation
activities, and supervises many of the internal financial processes associated with the Company’s operations.
“Bill has been a valued member of our finance team for a number of years and has been integral to the success of
many key initiatives, including our recently announced joint venture with NBC Universal. He is well respected in the
financial community and we look forward to his ongoing leadership,” said Michael J. Angelakis, Chief Financial
Officer, Comcast Corporation.
In addition to capital formation initiatives, during his sixteen year career with Comcast, most recently as Vice
President and Treasurer, Mr. Dordelman has held several roles with increasing responsibility, including oversight for
various investment portfolio assets, rating agency relationships, and investor relations. Mr. Dordelman also helped
create and currently serves on the board of directors for both the Comcast Foundation and Comcast Capital
Corporation.
Prior to joining Comcast in 1993, Mr. Dordelman was an investment banker for nine years with Lazard Frères &
Co., Morgan Stanley & Co., and an affiliate of Montgomery Securities where he worked on mergers and
acquisitions and oversaw corporate financial matters pertaining principally to the media and communications industry.
Mr. Dordelman graduated from St. Lawrence University. He lives in Bryn Mawr, PA, with his wife and two
children.
