1. Getting edocr API keys
In Edocr from your account home page click on the API keys
Fill in the details asked In the form
Get the consumer Key and the consumer API key.
2) Creating new attribute for product in Magento
Access the Magento backend.
Go to Catalog>Attributes>Manage Attributes as shown below
Click on Add New Attribute as shown below
Specify the value for attribute code as given below and click the manage label/options in the left side
Specify the value for Admin column as shown below and click on save attribute
After that go to catalog>Attributes>Manage Attribute Sets as shown below
Click on Default as shown below.
Drag the edocr_doctag upto the General group as shown below. After that click on save attribute set.
3) Adding a New Product
Naming of the New Products
When creating the products make sure to fill the value for the above attribute/field.
( Note: the value should be <sitename><productmodelname>. For example if the site
is www.anything.lk and the model is samsungb20, the value should be
