examinations: Business English: 6th Feb
2009, Customer Service: 19th June 2009.
Term Dates: March 4th 2009 – 5th
Class Times: Wednesday & Thursday
9am-3pm, Friday 9am-12pm.
Upon successful completion of this course,
professional LCCI qualifications in Business
English at Level 3 and in Customer Service
at level 2.
Candidates are required to have LCCI
Business English Level 2 or IELTS level 5.5.
In the case where a student does not have
either of the above, an entry-level English
examination will have to be taken and
passed for a candidate to be allowed entry
to this course.
