Independent Auditor

LOS GATOS, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The Board of Directors of China Wireless (Pink
Sheets:CWLC) has retained Sichenzia Ross Freidman Ference (SRFF) as their SEC counsel and is pleased to retain
such a distinguished firm to work through the necessary SEC compliance filings, as announced by Rachel Baer,
Corporate Counsel.
In Addition, China Wireless has retained the services of Sherb and Company as independent auditors, to work
through the necessary SEC compliance filings.
According to Ms. Baer, these actions have been taken due to a significant change in the financial condition of the
company.
