China Wireless Appoints Secretary and General
Counsel

LOS GATOS, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The Board of Directors of China Wireless (Pink
Sheets:CWLC), a Nevada corporation, is pleased to announce it has appointed Rachel Baer as Secretary/Treasurer
and General Counsel, as announced by Pat Shuster, CFO. This action is taken to begin the process of bringing
CWLC compliant with the SEC.
Ms. Baer attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, graduating with honors, and went on to attend Golden
Gate University School of Law in San Francisco where she received her Juris Doctorate with a specialization in
litigation with distinction. She has been working with companies as general counsel assessing and addressing their
legal needs for the past three years.
