ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

The undersigned person(s) acting as incorporator(s) of a corporation under the
Colorado Nonprofit Corporation Act, execute the following Articles of
Incorporation for such corporation.

Article 1a. The Look Beyond Project, Inc. is organized exclusively for
charitable and educational purposes including, for such purposes, the making of
distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under
section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or the corresponding
provision of any future United Stated Internal Revenue Law).

compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in
