NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Chemical Week will announce the winner of the 9th Annual CFO
of the Year award at its 15th Annual CFO Conference taking place in on May 25, 2010 at the InterContinental, The
Barclay, New York. The award will be presented during the awards dinner, hosted by PricewaterhouseCoopers,
LLP. Chemical Week’s CFO of the Year Award recognizes and honors the best in the chemical industry for
financial leadership, and is given annually to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution through vision
and leadership, corporate reporting and performance, social responsibility, innovation, and global competitiveness.
CFOs of major chemical companies will gather at Chemical Week’s CFO Conference to explore and discuss
timely, relevant issues facing senior financial executives in the chemical industry. Nine sessions at the one-day event
will address the current and future landscape of the chemical industry. Key areas of focus include a discussion about
where the industry is headed, an update on where the opportunities in the recovery are, how companies are
positioning themselves for growth, financial, credit and M&A outlook, and more.
