marketplace has revealed a recent market study that outlines the behavior and consumer habits of vacation rental
seekers around the world. The website has decided to publish the Central and Northeast Florida vacation rentals
traveler analysis in an effort to educate the travel industry and its participants by allowing them to gain insight on
consumer demand. The study was performed on the website’s database of 26,721 opted-in travelers visiting the
area during July 2008 to January 2010.
