Price Increases, Service Expansions and Contract
Extensions in 2010 Year-to-Date

HANOVER, Md.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Conmed Healthcare Management, Inc. (NYSE
Amex:CONM), a leading full service provider of correctional facility healthcare services to county and municipal
correctional facilities, today announced approximately $778,000 in price adjustments, service expansions and
contract extensions related to 35 existing county and municipal contracts with anniversary dates between January 1,
2010 and August 1, 2010, representing an anticipated 2.6% increase in annual revenues on these contracts.
Approximately 72% of the increase became effective between July 1, 2010 and August 1, 2010.
Approximately $556,000 of the increase represents price adjustments associated with changes in price indexes,
inmate populations, and other contractually-defined terms and approximately $222,000 corresponds to expanded
services, of which approximately 17% is related to mental health services. Four contracts with combined revenue in
excess of $4,648,000 would have expired in 2010 but were extended for additional two to four year periods.
