development course builds a solid foundation and focuses on networking protocols, local-area networks (LANs), wide-area networks
(WANs), Open System Interconnection (OSI) models, cabling, cabling tools, routers, router programming, Ethernet, Internet Protocol
(IP) addressing, sub-netting, trouble-shooting and network standards.

CCNA 2: Routing Protocols and Concepts
This is the second course leading to the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and CCENT certifications – a hands-on
workforce development course that focuses on initial router configuration, Cisco IOS Software management, routing protocol
configuration, TCP/IP, and access control lists (ACLs). Students will develop and master skills on configuration of routers, managing
Cisco IOS Software, configuring routing protocols, and creating and applying access control lists.
$849 plus $25 Lab Fee.

CCNA 3/4: LAN Switching and Accessing the WAN
These are the third and fourth courses leading to the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) designation and the ICND
certification. This workforce development course focuses on advanced IP addressing techniques (Variable Length Subnet Masking
[VLSM]), intermediate routing protocols, CLI configuration of switches, Ethernet switching, Virtual LANs (VLANs), Spanning Tree
Protocol (STP), and VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP), Network Address Translation (NAT), Port Address Translation (PAT), DHCP,
WAN technology and terminology, PPP, ISDN, DDR, Frame Relay, network management, and introduction to optical networking.
