The constitution of India provides six fundamental rights to the citizens of India. The Right to Life and personal liberty is one of the primary fundamental rights which enables a person to live his life freely without any interference has incorporated it in Article 21. The constitution provides that a citizen’s personal liberty is absolutely guaranteed unless be taken away by law andanybody can knock doors of the Supreme Court and the High Court. ABSTRACT
