Colette Rabbat Taylor Joins Grail Partners

NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Grail Partners LLC, a merchant bank specializing in financial
services and financial technology companies, announced today that Colette Rabbat Taylor has become its latest
Partner. Ms. Taylor joins from Proctor NBF Capital Partners, a private equity group of Putnam Lovell NBF, where
she was responsible for private equity investments in asset management, specialty finance, financial processing and
insurance.

Ms. Taylor will work from Grail Partners offices in Geneva, Switzerland and New York. She will join the Investment
Committee of Grail Partners and assume responsibility for several portfolio companies of The Chalice Fund, the
merchant banking fund of Grail Partners.
Prior to Putnam Lovell NBF, Ms Taylor was Partner at Freeman & Co. LLC, focusing on mergers & acquisitions
for financial services firms. She received her B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University's
Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
