commenced on behalf of purchasers of certain mortgage-backed securities sponsored by affiliates of Countrywide
Financial Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiary Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (collectively,
“Countrywide”) and related trusts (the “Issuing Trusts”), issued between 2005 and 2007. The case has been
assigned a civil action number of 10-cv-00302-SJO-PJW and is pending in the United States District Court for the
Central District of California.
