Loan Term ► 15, 20 and 30 year terms available
Interest Rates ► Determined by market rates at the time of rate lock. Rates vary by
loan-to-value ratio, debt service coverage and property quality
Amortization ► 15 - 30 years
Recourse ► Non-recourse
Assumability ► Assumable, subject to approval and applicable fees
Prepayment ► Will vary depending on the loan term chosen, but generally will have a flat,
declining penalty schedule
Loan to Value ► Up to 90%
Rate Lock ► Early or standard rate locks available
