Current Issues in Real Estate Appraisal
A 7-hour seminar reviewing current issues
facing both residential and commercial
appraisers. Challenges of appraising in
declining markets, reporting requirements
such as the FNMA 1004MC form, tools in analyzing market conditions, and pressures affecting the appraiser in
the current market will be discussed. A review of real estate appraisal principles, highest and best use, and
elements of the sales comparison, income and cost approaches to value will be covered. Current state issues
affecting appraisers including licensing and certification will be covered. This course is designed to satisfy the
requirement for seven hours of continuing education.

Statistics, Modeling, & Finance
This class is designed to provide
students both the theory and practice
to statistics, real estate finance, and
valuation modeling for today's
Certified Residential appraiser. The first half of the course outlines terminology and basic principles of statistics,
including practical applications in statistical analysis. The last half presents an explanation of real estate markets,
terms of financing, and real-world examples of how financing affects the value of real property. This course is
designed to satisfy the requirement for 15 hours for pre-certification or 14 hours of continuing education.

7 Hour National USPAP Course
This course is The Appraisal
Foundation’s one day update course
which focuses on recent changes to
USPAP. This course addresses many applications of USPAP and commonly misunderstood issues affecting
appraisers. This class has been approved by the Wisconsin
